- There is a damage deposit of $125 or half the rental fee, whichever is higher.
- The rental balance, damage deposit, and clean-up fees are due no later than two weeks prior to rental date and are payable in separate checks.
- If damages exceeds the cost(s) of the damage deposit, renters will be charged the additional costs. If damages/clean-up cost(s) less than the fee, renters will be refunded the difference.
- Club Members who choose not to take a pool membership for the swimming season will receive use of the clubhouse up to the value of $350 (at member rates) in lieu of pool use (based on availability.)
- The Clubhouse has a Neighborhood Friendly Policy. As a result, all events at the Club at 12 Oaks must end, cleanup be completed, and the key returned no later than 10 pm. This is to alleviate any excess late night traffic and potential “noise” from the clubhouse. Also, please note that the 3rd level balcony IS NOT part of the rental space. It is your responsibility to keep your guests away from that level.
