Membership Opportunities
Club & Section 5 Club Members
- Residents in Section 5 are required, per the covenants, to be Club Members. Club membership is a one-time $2,500 initial membership fee due at closing on property in Section 5.
- Annual dues are due thereafter.
- Must complete the Annual Dues & Registration Form every year.
- Club Member Annual Dues are $400
- Club members may choose to either from:
a) Pool use OR b) Clubhouse use up to the value of $400 - Club members have priority in rental bookings during busy seasons.
Pool Season Only Members
- No initial membership fee
- Must complete the Annual Dues & Registration Form every year
- Annual dues are $475
- Pool, patio, and bathroom facilities included
- Clubhouse available at non-member rates
Pool Rules
The Pool at Twelve Oaks is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Twelve Oaks Pool Members in good standing & their guests. Members must complete the Annual Registration Form.
All members must sign in. The book will be located near the pool gate. No exceptions. If you have a guest please log them in the sign-in book at gate entrance at well.
Pool gate must stay closed securely at all times. (KAR 902 10:120, Section 11)
No glass inside the pool gate.
No running, pushing, rough or boisterous conduct. Obscene or profane language not allowed.
Absolutely NO DIVING.
No swimming alone.
No persons under the influence allowed in the water.
Pool is for private use. Members and guests only.
Only diapers specifically designated for swimming may be used.
Only pool toys allowed in the pool (No tennis balls, footballs, etc.)
No persons allowed in the water with infectious/ communicable disease, open cuts, or wounds.
No tobacco products inside the pool gate.
No eating, drinking or chewing gum inside the pool gate.
No pets allowed inside the pool gate.
Thunderstorms/ inclement weather closes the pool. Safety first.
Pool safety equipment and telephone is to be used for emergency situations only.
A first aid kit, safety equipment, and telephone are located near/in the pool closet.
Keep pool closet/pump room doors closed and keep children away from pool equipment.
Restroom lights are to stay on & floors mopped to prevent falls. (Broom & mop behind door.)
Please: Keep pool areas neat, clean, & orderly. Take responsibility for your own clean-up.
When pool is crowded, adults will have priority use of pool furniture. Please keep children from covering lounge chairs with towels and toys.
Please put umbrellas down when leaving the pool.
Management reserves the right to deny pool use to anyone at any time.
Pool Hours
10a – 9p, seven days a week
Pool season begins Memorial Weekend and ends late Sept/ Oct, dependent upon weather trends.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
The pool is not under lifeguard supervision. Members are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety and supervision of their own children and guests. Pool gate is to remain closed when pool is not in use. If you are the last person to leave the pool, you must close the gate and check to make sure it is latched.
902 KAR 10:120 Section 13-1 Operator. A facility operator shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all swimming and bathing facilities. The operator shall be available at all times when the facility is open for use. (pool committee members are currently being trained to carry out the daily procedures for keeping facility records and maintaining the pool).
902 KAR 10:120 Section 13-2A: Persons sixteen (16) years of age or younger may not enter the pool area without a responsible person seventeen (17) years of age or older present.
902 KAR 10:120 Section 13-2B: No person may enter the facility area alone or swim alone. Violators of any rules will be subject to penalties including temporary restriction of pool privileges.
